At Natural Evolution Store, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed or shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at franciac458@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the product so we can review your request. If the claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or another appropriate solution.

Returns or refunds are not accepted for:

* Change of mind
* Incorrect orders placed by the customer
* Personal preferences regarding the product
